I needed a tankless water heater replaced through my home warranty and Fix R Us helped me every step of the way! Mike organized the replacement around my crazy schedule and accommodated a weekend install. My technician Chally finished the job and went above and beyond. My dogs got out as he was leaving and he helped up corral them back in!

Fix-R-Us came to our rescue when we were having delays from other provider. We were out of hot water for days due to hot water tank breaking. Cholly wrote the quote, came to replace the tank with a tank-less water heater.

He stayed until the job was done which was late. We love the new water heater. The installation job was perfect. They carried off the tank and we couldn't be happier with the service and professional manner. They placed a follow up call to make sure all was ok.

We've done a kitchen update through Lowe's, and they sent Fix-R-Us to disconnect our old plumbing and reconnect the new. Tony was on time both days and more importantly, he politely explained everything he had to do, discussed additional parts needed, and cleaned up and carefully checked for leaks before leaving.
