Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, location, requested service, preferred contact time and the message you provide. We use this information to review your request, contact you and keep a basic service inquiry record.

Website operation

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and security logs. This information helps deliver and protect the website. If you allow analytics, the site may load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for visit measurement and advertising attribution, and we record the page viewed, general device category and referring website. These records do not include information entered into the contact form.

AI concierge

Text entered into the AI concierge may be processed by our AI service provider to prepare a service recommendation. Do not enter payment details, passwords, government identification, medical information or other sensitive personal information. The concierge provides general intake guidance and does not provide a diagnosis, price or confirmed appointment.

Sharing and retention

Fix-R-Us does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to host the website, deliver communications or respond to your request. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal and security purposes.
